Temporary Administrator (Part-Time)

Title: Healthcare Administrator
Location: Bristol, Aztec West (Fully on-site working)
Pay: £16.80 per hour (All inclusive - via Umbrella)
Hours: Part-Time | 25 Hours Per Week | Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm
Temporary Contract: - 3 Months

CCP are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Administrator to join a busy team in Bristol on a 3-month temporary contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pre-attendance and patient registration processes
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and events
• Manage appointment diaries and reschedule appointments when required
• Maintain waiting lists and allocate appointments efficiently
• Update and maintain accurate patient records
• Support quality assurance and general administrative duties
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth patient journeys

What We're Looking For:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with diary management or appointment scheduling
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Previous NHS or healthcare experience is desirable
